Spicy Flax Rice |
Ingredients | ||||
Flax seeds | 1/4 cup | |||
Dry Red chilies | 3-4 | |||
Dried coconut | 1/4 cup | |||
Roasted gram | 1 tbsp | |||
Salt | To Taste | |||
Method |
Dry roast till seeds pop.
Add coconut and roast till slightly brown.
Add roasted gram and salt to taste.
Once cool, grind to a powder.
Serve with steamed rice.
