| Thai Basil Tofu |
| Ingredients | ||||
| Firm Tofu | 200 gms | |||
| Fresh Thai Basil - chopped | 1 cup | |||
| Brown Sugar | 1/2 tbsp | |||
| Soy Sauce | 1/2 tbsp | |||
| Chili Sauce | 1/2 tbsp | |||
| Hoisin Sauce | 1 tbsp | |||
| Method | ||||
Combine Brown Sugar, Soy Sauce, Chili sauce and
Hoisin sauce with 2 tbs water.
Add to Tofu. Reduce sauce till it glazes over tofu.
Add Basil and stir fry till basil wilts.
Serve with steamed rice.
