Green lentils dry | soak 24 hours | cup | 12 |

Canola Oil1 | cup | 4 | |
Onion | cup | 21 | |
Raisin | cup | 12 | |
Cinamon Powder | Tbsp | 10 | |
canola Oil2 | Tbsp | 7 | |
Soak green lentils for 24 hours. Change the water 2 times. | |||
Cook Lentils, Rice, Water, Canola Oil1 and water in a rice cooker. | |||
In a pan add canola oil2 and fry onions over medium heat till golden brown. | |||
Add raisins and stir fry for 3-5 min. | |||
Add cinamon powder. | |||
Layer rice/lentil and raisins and serve. |
