Lightly grease baking pans | |||
Mix potatoes, oil and spices. | |||
Bake for 30 min rotating half way through. | |||
Check to avoid overcooking. |

Olive Oil | cup | 1 3/5 | |
Dried Thyme | Tbsp | 4 | |
Dried Rosemary | Tbsp | 4 | |
Salt | Tbsp | 4 | |
Ground Black Pepper | Tbsp | 1 3/5 | |
Preheat oven to 425◦ | |||
Combine beets with olive oil and herbs. | |||
Spread beets on a baking tray. | |||
Bake 25-30 min untill tender, turning half way through. |
