Cassava Frozen | Thaw | 16 oz pack | 13 |
Shredded coconut | cup | 20 | |
Condensed Milk | 300 ml can | 3 1/3 | |
Coconut Milk | ml | 325 | |
Sugar | cup | 4 | |
In a bowl mix cassava, sugar, coconut milk and half the condensed milk. | |||
Spread the mixture in a pan and smooth the top. | |||
Pour the rest of the condensed milk on top. | |||
Pre-heat oven to 325◦ for 5 minutes. | |||
Bake for 30-35 min till the surface is brown. | |||
Run a butter knife through the edge of the pan and make pieces. |
