Cassava FrozenThaw16 oz pack13
Shredded coconutcup20
Condensed Milk300 ml can3 1/3
Coconut Milkml325
Sugarcup4
In a bowl mix cassava, sugar, coconut milk and half the condensed milk.
Spread the mixture in a pan and smooth the top.
Pour the rest of the condensed milk on top.
Pre-heat oven to 325◦ for 5 minutes.
Bake for 30-35 min till the surface is brown.
Run a butter knife through the edge of the pan and make pieces.
