Baby Spinach Fresh | lg bag | 6 | |
Red pepper | chopped | lg can | 1 |
Sunflower seed | toasted | cup | 6 |
Olive Oil | cup | 3 | |
Lemon juice | cup | 1 1/2 | |
Black pepper | Tbsp | 3 | |
Feta cheese | crumbled | cup | 13 |
Wash baby spinach if not washed already. | |||
Toast sunflower seeds on a dry pan till golden. | |||
Cut red pepper into small pieces. | |||
Crumble feta cheese. | |||
Heat olive oil in a small pan. | |||
Put spinach in a bown and pour hot oil over spinach. | |||
Spinach will begin to wilt. | |||
Mix feta, red pepper, lemon juice and black pepper and toss. |
