Corn Meal (sifted) | Cup | 16 | |
Pastry flour (sifted) | Cup | 16 | |
Baking powder (sifted) | Tbsp | 12 | |
Soy Milk | Cup | 14 1/2 | |
Canola Oil | Cup | 4 | |
Honey | Cup | 3 | |
Salt | Tbsp | 3 | |
Directions | |||
Preheat oven to 375◦ | |||
Brush Baking sheet with Margarine. | |||
Mix baking powder, Corn meal and Pastry flour. | |||
In a separate bowl combine soy milk, canola oil, honey and salt. | |||
Add dry to wet ingredients. Stir until slightly lumpy. | |||
Pour batter on baking sheets and let rise for 15 min. | |||
Lower heat from 350 from 375; bake for 15-20 min. | |||
To check if finished insert wooden toothpick into middle. | |||
Done when toothpick comes out clean. | |||
Let cool before cutting into squares. |
