| Cassava Frozen | Thaw | 16 oz pack | 13 |
| Shredded coconut | cup | 20 | |
| Condensed Milk | 300 ml can | 3 1/3 | |
| Coconut Milk | ml | 325 | |
| Sugar | cup | 4 | |
| In a bowl mix cassava, sugar, coconut milk and half the condensed milk. | |||
| Spread the mixture in a pan and smooth the top. | |||
| Pour the rest of the condensed milk on top. | |||
| Pre-heat oven to 325◦ for 5 minutes. | |||
| Bake for 30-35 min till the surface is brown. | |||
| Run a butter knife through the edge of the pan and make pieces. | |||
