Day 0 Southern Style Corn Bread (nondairy)
for 100 servings
Corn Meal (sifted)Cup16
Pastry flour (sifted)Cup16
Baking powder (sifted)Tbsp12
Soy MilkCup14 1/2
Canola OilCup4
Preheat oven to 375
Brush Baking sheet with Margarine. 
Mix baking powder, Corn meal and Pastry flour.
In a separate bowl combine soy milk, canola oil, honey and salt.
Add dry to wet ingredients. Stir until slightly lumpy.
Pour batter on baking sheets and let rise for 15 min.
Lower heat from 350 from 375; bake for 15-20 min.
To check if finished insert wooden toothpick into middle.
Done when toothpick comes out clean.
Let cool before cutting into squares.
