| Corn Meal (sifted) | Cup | 16 | |
| Pastry flour (sifted) | Cup | 16 | |
| Baking powder (sifted) | Tbsp | 12 | |
| Soy Milk | Cup | 14 1/2 | |
| Canola Oil | Cup | 4 | |
| Honey | Cup | 3 | |
| Salt | Tbsp | 3 | |
| Directions | |||
| Preheat oven to 375◦ | |||
| Brush Baking sheet with Margarine. | |||
| Mix baking powder, Corn meal and Pastry flour. | |||
| In a separate bowl combine soy milk, canola oil, honey and salt. | |||
| Add dry to wet ingredients. Stir until slightly lumpy. | |||
| Pour batter on baking sheets and let rise for 15 min. | |||
| Lower heat from 350 from 375; bake for 15-20 min. | |||
| To check if finished insert wooden toothpick into middle. | |||
| Done when toothpick comes out clean. | |||
| Let cool before cutting into squares. | |||
