| Baby Spinach Fresh | lg bag | 6 | |

| Sunflower seed | toasted | cup | 6 |
| Olive Oil | cup | 3 | |
| Lemon juice | cup | 1 1/2 | |
| Black pepper | Tbsp | 3 | |
| Feta cheese | crumbled | cup | 13 |
| Wash baby spinach if not washed already. | |||
| Toast sunflower seeds on a dry pan till golden. | |||
| Cut red pepper into small pieces. | |||
| Crumble feta cheese. | |||
| Heat olive oil in a small pan. | |||
| Put spinach in a bown and pour hot oil over spinach. | |||
| Spinach will begin to wilt. | |||
| Mix feta, red pepper, lemon juice and black pepper and toss. | |||
