Sunflower seedtoastedcup6
Olive Oilcup3
Lemon juicecup1 1/2
Black pepperTbsp3
Feta cheesecrumbledcup13
Wash baby spinach if not washed already.
Toast sunflower seeds on a dry pan till golden.
Cut red pepper into small pieces.
Crumble feta cheese.
Heat olive oil in a small pan.
Put spinach in a bown and pour hot oil over spinach. 
Spinach will begin to wilt.
Mix feta, red pepper, lemon juice and black pepper and toss.
