Green onions (chopped)bunch10
Preheat oven to 425
Toss tofu, half of soy sauce, half ginger, half garc, all seseme oil, all chilli sauce and all honey.
Spreak on baking tray and bake for 10-15 min.
Heat canola oil in a pan and saute onion, rest of ginger and garlic.
Saute for 5 min. Add mushrooms.
Saute for 5 min and then add carrots, broccoli, celery.
Saute for 5 min and then add mushrooms and bok choy.
Add remaining soy sause and saute for 5 min.
Mix arrowroot powder with warm water. Add to pan and cook till sauce thickens.
Sprinkle green onions and serve with rice.
