| Soy sauce | cup | 6 | ||
| Chilli Sauce | cup | 1/3 | ||
| Honey | cup | 1/5 | ||
| Seseme oil | cup | 1 1/4 | ||
| Tofu | 1/2" pieces | package | 15 | |
| canola oil | cup | 3 1/8 | ||
| Arrowroot powder | Tbsp | 12 | ||
| water | cup | 4 | ||
| Green onions (chopped) | bunch | 10 | ||
| Preheat oven to 425◦ | ||||
| Toss tofu, half of soy sauce, half ginger, half garc, all seseme oil, all chilli sauce and all honey. | ||||
| Spreak on baking tray and bake for 10-15 min. | ||||
| Heat canola oil in a pan and saute onion, rest of ginger and garlic. | ||||
| Saute for 5 min. Add mushrooms. | ||||
| Saute for 5 min and then add carrots, broccoli, celery. | ||||
| Saute for 5 min and then add mushrooms and bok choy. | ||||
| Add remaining soy sause and saute for 5 min. | ||||
| Mix arrowroot powder with warm water. Add to pan and cook till sauce thickens. | ||||
| Sprinkle green onions and serve with rice. | ||||
